This is like a test skin, usable though, except for the tagboard, which i have trouble adding a div layer or table to. Users are free to edit the layout and add in the table if they feel that they know how to. (:

sorry for the inconvenience, this is my first skin afterall. If anyone can help me out in anyway, please do.
