Hmm..just pass by your blog and see..I am christain so basically christain don't pray or worship mary cause we only worship and pray to GOD..Chirstain only have God, Holy spirit and Jesus to pray and worship to so i myself actually also don't really think there's a need to worship and pray to many idols..no offence i just saying what i think to this..erm..and one more thing is JESUS the one who hold on to the time of our death instead of mary...

I'm from singapore and I'm a catholic so I guess it's sort of my duty to clear up some things! Praying is not the same as worshipping. We pray to saints, angel, mother mary to INTERCEDE for us. We defintely do not worship them. Amandaglea was nearly right about everything. It's true people pray to mary for her to intercede for us but we do not worship her. Again heavy emphasis on praying is not worshipping. That's what the 'pray for us sinners now' in the mother mary prayer represents. She intercedes for us at the hour of our death too! =D hope that cleared up any misunderstandings! Cute skin btw! ;D

I'm really glad to have a Catholic stop by and tell what she has experienced.
I have been in many Catholic churches in Mexico (so, I don't know if they are different from other Catholic churches, or not)... I want to say 1st of all they were always OPEN all day long for whoever wished to come in and pray to GOD!!! What other church does that?
I LOVE THEM FOR THAT! However, they did have many statues of saints and they did sell papers with prayers that were to be prayed to lots of different saints.
Which, of course is wrong.
Praying to anyone except to GOD HIMSELF is wrong.
I can also testify of other Catholic friends have spoken out against this practice. HALLELUJAH.
I personally attend a Baptist Church...I know they have things to be forgiven of, too.
I try to speak up when GOD's WORD is crossed... if anyone's eternal destiny could be at stake, it is NOT time to stay silent!
As we seek to please GOD, sometimes we need the HELP of others to point out a better, more HOLY way.
What would we do, if NO ONE ever told us we were messing up??? Wait until JUDGEMENT DAY when it is TOO LATE to change or call out to GOD for Forgiveness and cleansing?
