the font. you could choose a better font. and yes. it's too messy for a messy skin.

It's difficult to read the words and the brushes seem to have been thrust around very haphazardly, also, it would look nicer if it wasn't just stick in a box!

i dun really like the messiness and the color combination. you can improve more on the font, its hardly readable. not my type.
