yeos ! heres my 16th skin already . main colour of the layout is LIGHT BLUE ! whee . dream away .. i've make use of texture and some brushes to make it feels like .. dreamy ? then i feathered the layout . thnx gene`ified for teaching me howto feather image (^(OO)^) . okies thats the end of introduction . ENJOY.
