LimCS: Springtime..Cheer Up! [anime] -resubmitted

Resubmitted....decided on this once and for all...

hmmm i'm staring to this manga alot...umm here's another anime skin, btw the girl's from the same manga as the one from my previous skin
(hehe..shameless publicity of other skin). Anyway doesn't matter...it's all about spring..a season which we don't experience in Singapore but nonetheless it's sunny over here as well!

best viewed IE...unless you like white div boxes and funny scrollbars..don't rate badly though you're a mozillian k? :P

P.S when i use the filter:chroma thingy....my text seems to go funny until i set the bg color of the div box to the filter color...any ideas??
