perfection on a sunny day [jb]

this is my first ever skin, and i had a little help making it, so bear with me. its simple and blue with a tropical image. i welcome all comments and criticism, but dont bash too hard. (=

EDIT: i made a few modifications on this skin! hope this looks a little better.
