my 3rd piece of skin! finally i made a white based skin..different from the previous 2 which are black u_u...

white background, combination of light & sweet colours~ pink, purple, blue! & of cos, with the cute & carefree girl to match the theme ^^

all comments are welcome. i'll improve on them =)
