UPDATE!!...the black dots have been removed from the backgroung image....yay! thanks to Jing! I tried to take them off myself before i submitted the skin, but my picture edited program couldn't even see them! i'm not sure what they were or how they got there, but they are GONE NOW! thank you Jing!
so make sure to reupload the new image if you download the old one!!
