my 4th skin, and my very first skin that was different from the skins i used to make before. unlike my other anime skins, this one features a picture of bowl of ice cream - looks tempting to eat! this is more of green, and just like my previous skins, i also used brushes and div layers... i think i should also try making skins using tables...

so guys, i hope you do like it. please rate and comment on how can i improve. thanks!
