Blue Wave v. 1

Ok, here is my first skin under this name, I think it is much better bcuz the graphic is nice. so check it out, its very deep blue...

**NOTE** I design all my skins with a 1024x768 resolution. So I can't do anything about that ugly "horizontal scrollbar" so dont complain about it. I am telling you NOW so u can switch to the correct setting to view my skins. If you aren't willing to do that, please don't leave comments that are affected by your resolution.

Oh an just in case you hadn't noticed, not everyone has a 1024x 768 screen. If your creating for OTHER people, it's a good idea to keep their wishes and needs in mind.
