wow. this took FOREVER to figure out to do!

a very Pyscadelic skin. (don't mind me, i can't spell right now, i've been on the internet, making skins for 12 hours straight, not counting the fact that i didn't get any sleep last night due to skin-making also.)
this skin is my first skin using the filter code!!! yay!
if you need you text darker, adjust the filt code to "80" ...(just search the code for the word filter, and when you see a number close to it, change it from 65 or 70 to "80" ....)
it comes with the Stars-mouse thing too, witch i think won't work on blogskins anymore....
ALSO feel free to make the scroll bar translusent too...to do this make all the codes where it says scroll bar, say: "#FFFFFF"... EXCEPT for the last one!! that's the arrows!!
okay, so i know the colors are bright and fun and odd and weird and random, but please like it??!! i like it!!!!!
