Just Wandering Uncontrollably - Gene Starwind

This skin I originally made for a friend's blog which since then has been deleted. Anyway, it features Gene Starwind from Outlaw Star, and I took the title from Gene's character song, "Edge". Please do not direct link! Oh, and to any firefox users (I got a comment about it in another posted layout), I'm sorry if it looks screwed up in your browser, but I downloaded firefox and it looks just fine to me.
