I created this BlogSkin as a lot of people love to have the WinXP interface. The pictures are all from Microsoft Corp. Please forgive me for using them. The Blogskin used WinXP icons and wallpapers. I used simple layouts to make them. This is my 5th BlogSkin. Hope you will like it
