Otherwise known as Dr. Lisa Cuddy on House MD! The image is a transparent PNG (yes, transparent), so that's why it's huge for a banner.

Fully Customizable By You!!!!!! Yes, that means:

-You can change the background color!
-You can change the background for each section (if you want)!
-You can remove that pesky line!
-You can edit everything! Yes, that means if you don't like the links, just change them!

Everything except the background color is in the CSS! (The BG color is in the body tag, but you can dump that in the CSS too.)
