HEYYYYY! I'm back! I know it's been forever since I made a new blog skin. I was feeling creative today, so I threw together a little somethin somethin for y'all. I hope you enjoy it. This is a 3d dragon on a blue bumpy background. I thought the white part inside the dragon resembled static on the tv when the cable goes out, so hence the name Static Dragon. This skin is best viewed in an 800x600 screen resolution.
