I find the neon green a tad extra, unless its supposed to give off a burst of life into the layout, then its alright. A bold choice of colors, and i must say not a bad job done out of it.

this is great but its just screwed, like totally screwed on FF hahah. & this doesn't deserve a 3.5star(: umm. no offence but the extra colours (for bold italics & underline) is a bit extra because the theme here is shown on first impressions as a EMO theme so it should only maintain black/white colours(:
