(5 stars) I can see you put in effort and actually spent some time on making the skin. I rate so even if the skin isn't my style or to my liking. It's all about your work.

(4.5 stars) Same as above, but with a little tweak that can be improved.

(4 stars) I can see the effort, hard work, but there is something that is really bothering me in the skin.

(3.5 stars) I see you're trying very hard and you're on your way.

(3 stars) Not much effort, simply boring or just a very common skin i've seen a thousand times before.

(2.5 stars) (2 stars) (1.5 stars) (1 star) (0.5 stars) I barely give these ratings. If I do, your skin is probably empty or stolen.
