well, im basically a GIRL living in singapore.

hoping to learn KOREAN soon. due to the influence of TV dramas/shows like GOONG =)

wishing to go to TAIWAN again. - things there as nice, cheap and cant be found in s'pore -

1) i, myself DO NOT make beautiful skins that would make you guys jaws drop. therefore, i DO NOT rate other's skin unreasonbly.

2) if i did rate any of your skins low, i have my reasons and would have stated in the comments.

3) i DO NOT rate you lowly just because of my own prefrences. eg: i dont fancy animes or the celebs in the skin. i dislike the color, the layout etc. but that doesnt mean i would rate a 0.5 stars or wadeva.

4) i DO NOT and WILL NOT rate you down if your skin is in the TOP 15 RATED columm.

5) however, if you do not deserve high ratings, i would not rate you high either.

6) i seldom rate unless its super NICE or sad to say, UGLY??

7) i mainly rate on the effort put in. and maybe the images and layout.
