I dont rate people anyhow .

I find skins nice.
I rate them high .

If i hate the person who created this.
I'll be fair and rate properly instead of lowlow because i hate him/her.
Thats just being childish.

Here is how i rate.

0.5 to 1 - zzz. Ripper -.-/ zzz. Waste my time previewing your stupid skin(for those who you click prewiew and nth come out).
1.5 to 2.5 - Hmm. Need to work alot more on your skin.
2.5 to 3.5 - Almost there :)
4 to 5 - Wow. Great Nice skin/ Image quality to note / Slight improvement needed.
