FYI, 5 to some people mean perfect, while there's still room for improvement for 4.5. Unless you think this skin is SO perfect that you do not even care about other people's comment but blindly hoping to see 5, because you're so STOD-thirsty.. Then why not place in your comment say, "only-5-stars-allowed"?

This time I will rate, anyway. And with reasons behind it, if you bother.

Your pixel skill is good, since it has been awhile I've came across pixel artists. But it will be great if you'll spend more time also doing the main image itself as currently now it does not look very sharp, and not high resolution I would say.

Do consider repeating the background, or setting background colour(other that white this time round since it's pretty loud a colour) so it does not look as incomplete. It might look like it filled up ur screen, as different people have different resolutions.. But it might not fill up some's so the white area comes it.

Though I encountered some bug with the horizontal scrollbar sometimes while I click back to the profile section. Do take note. Disable the horizontal scrollbar(though not that professional), but at least it'll look good.
