pasting a graphic onto someone else's layout does not mean that you made the layout. I think that it would be better if you tell the person that you are using her layout and then credit her or don't make layouts at all. You need to change the colours used on the table borders and the scrollbars too. Just a suggestion.

simple and cute not bad. but the layout looks odd, probably because the bunny's at the corner and then there's another table at the other corner. i suggest removing the table or whatever, but it's all right, i guess

the picture takes a very long time to load, so that's probably why we can't see it. I couldn't be bothered to wait for it to load, so I'm not rating it.
