Love the banner, though part of it is covered up by the entries.
You may want to change the colors, the purple-ish color clashes with the rest of the skin. Try using lighter variations of the navy you have in the banner, maybe some light greys, and a light yellow that matches the pinwheel. A light pink would work too. This is just my personal taste, but it seems kind of blocky for such a delicate banner.
