&&. Types Of Skins & Rating/Commenting.
Mostly my blogskins are rather depressing or some would call it 'emo'.
That explains too why most of my templates are in the usual black & white.
But occasionally, i will do a template with cheery colours or themes.

Okays, i rate/comment skins with stars that they should deserve.
Therefore, if i didnt rate you abv 3, theres' much improvement to be made.
& no offence if i say anything that you may find offensive, but im nice, so yea, no worries. (:
