The quality of the image of the feet isn't very good, but it's still okay. The skin is really nice and vintage

However, the codes aren't very good. You should have pushed the profile/entries etc area to the left side of the "book". Also, the word "diary" blocks the words of the profile/entries box.

You also should have used a more suitable, vintage font for the word "diary". You could have used the same font as the "Dear Diary" phrase.

No offence meant, merely stating my opinion.

For all the flaws, I'll still give your skin 4 stars cause the skin is really nice!

And if you can't accept criticism, don't do skins. And please don't use that stupid "you don't even have one skin" retort. Most bloggers who download skins don't do skins either, and they're the ones using and rating skins.

The codes are very common. The "image" is.. well.. why did you do it like that?

1) If you only wanted to have text, you should have made the background of the image the same colour as the background of the blogskin.

2) Use a more unique font.

3) Blend the image into the blogskin by blurring the edges, using brushes etc. You can learn how to do that in the Tips and Tricks forum thread.

4) Next time if you want to create a blogskin, create one people will download/use. A blogskin with the words "lollipop rawks" is just so.. pointless.

Angelicious7: Um, hello, everyone has their own opinion. You have no right to lecture someone just cause their opinion isn't the same as yours.

The codes are, to put it bluntly, quite ugly. The placement of the boxes look out of alignment and amateur-ish. You should also make the entries box bigger.
Also, use nicer/more unique fonts for the headers.

I don't see any effort. You just took the basecodes, typed out a chunk of words, saved them as an image and put them together.

If you want to make this kind of font-only skins, you should try this or this.
