2 things i can see that are visibly disturbing to me. in my HUMBLE opinion, i think that the neon green is really really blinding. also your tab - flip.flap designs icon- is glowing rainbow. not a good match with green as one looks mundane and glowing and the latter looks vibrant. try to create different icons for different skins.

maybe u could blockquote the title or something because they blend in too much, causing people to think that they're part of the post, especially for people who enlarge fonts in the middle of the post. also, you could colour the cows that are used for bullet points. elephnats arent really the animal to use as they symbolise obedience. maybe lions?

it looks nice for a piece of work not done in photoshop, however, i dont suggest using single lines as they really do not match. perhaps a black background or a white one with a stationery whirly pattern at the right hand side, (:

the links can be improved but the formatting for this skin is crazily original. again, the fonts do not match and the picture in the profile do not too. the picture in [Greatest Joy] could be used here
