I'm quite NEW to blogskins so.. may skins may not be the best but.. if you rate me well i will do the same but if you rate me erm.. LOW, I don't know what will happen. Most of the time i will rate 5 stars cus I know how it feels to be rated low so.. ya. And comments are most welcome as i JUST brought Photoshop and blah blah.. Ok the prob is I don't know how to make a skin YET. So any KIND ppl want to teach me ? (:
