I agree with the other users that it's cute.
There's a lot of potential in that blogskin that tells me that you have enough imagination to whip up a skin like this.
Also, I've noticed that you used a whole lot of tiny pictures in that blogskin. For eg. the tiny heart beside your links. Be sure that the codes are easy to use for the newer users of blogskins.
Still, I will not rate you down as i think you have done a good job.

I have to say, your colour combinations are not done well. I also agree with kelvinazhu when he/she said that you have to change the colour of the blockquote background.
It is a sad theme but you used bright colours that made the blogskin look almost too cheerful for the 'goodbye my love' theme.
It's as well not too bad.
I will look forward to your next blogskin and I expect a improvement from you!

Now, you heard the good things from the other users, hear what I have to say and improve your next skin.
I feel it's a very creative skin, especially when you described it as your mood skin. A round of applause to you for crediting the person who you took the basecodes from.
It would have been better if the background would stretch to the whole page so that it would not leave the white empty spaces there.
All in all, it is a great skin.

as you said, your skin was simple.
I previewed it, and I thought that it looked alike to all the other simple blogskins except that your friendster, msn and blogskin link is at the top.
so I can't say that it is perfect, but I can say that it deserves a 4 stars.
