well, please do not remove the credits because i actually tried making a good skin and what about the other people?
the one's who provided the picture/brushes or whatever. I think they deserve the credits the most.

how I rate :

0.5 - 3.5 ; oh dear, something must be very wrong. you ripped? self downloaded? must be :P. (i don't usualy rate this)
4.0 - 4.5 ; it's nice, it's just that something's missing/it doesn't wow me. it's very close to a 5.0, though.
5.0 ; your blogskin is simply gorgeous, it has this wow effect on me
or I can see your effort put into making the skin. i love effort!

i rate skin's not to lower your ratings down,
i rate what I think you deserve / though, sometimes.
i rate because i think you're good enough to be rated.
so, please don't just judge me and say that im ruining your 5.0 star streak.
Oh yes. I don't rate other people for a rate in return. if i gave you a 5.0/4.5,
don't come and rate me the exact same thing i rated you. rate me truthfully.
even if it's lower or whatever, and state the problem too :).
though, if i do rate you back. i'll rate truthfully too. don't be mad that
i didn't give you a 5.0 but you gave me one, im being honest.
