i would prefer if you just use 1 or 2 big jiro images , photoshop/gimp edit it with texture and brushes to make it look nicer.
white is too contrasting with black. instead try using grey? some people may find their eyes being annoyed due to the huge contrast.
would rather you change the shade of blue and purple too. it doesnt really fit in with the skin. more like they are IE or FF's default colors.

suggestion is that you to check out some editing progs and try them out to make a skin.
for coding wise , its best for ya to improve on the selection of colors. sometimes colors which are similar like blue and purple does not mean it will always match each other. same for black and white.

lovely layout. but the main image for the characters is abit blur? or was it just me? but i have seen better quality before. some parts are not very well extracted but its not too obvious to some
also i feel that the lace pattern being used seems a little off? i dont know , it just seem off O__O

but the color for the blockquote seem so wrong. black and red is not a wise choice here. i would rather you use a different shade of brown to match the skin.
also this skin is a little wide? not everyone likes scrolling to the sides to see everything

also there might be people who dislike skins that required to scroll to the right so take note of that

codes can be improve into more variety.
image editing is good but the extraction isnt very well done. i could still see bits of the unwanted image on zero's hair etc etc. good try DD

agree on the image quality part. also the editing for the image can be improved too.
try using textures or more variety of brushes to enchance it
