Repeated background image?

Anyway,it's simple but typical.

& Since it's your 45th skin,you should be able to do it better.Perhaps not enough effort.

This is nice.Great combination of background and layout.Though it's simple but great.

-Blend more on the image to the background.

-Image quality can be improved especially the text quality.

-The font doesn't quite match.

-A bit plain.Maybe add in brushes on your image or around the image.

Maybe you can try to change your style in making skins?Like instead of having the image glittery or flashing,make a still one?Oh and your layout colours can change too?Hmm,it's not very different from your previous skin but try to make skins of other colours instead of pink again.And,instead of just texts,add in brushes too,if you hvae GIMP or Photoshop.

Good for first skin but ur image is a bit plain.The layout colours isn't well blended too.Work harder,you can make it!
