An update for anyone still observing me for signs of life, hello hello to you. It's been so long since I last opened my Microsoft Frontpage 2003, due to various circumstances, like O levels, various writing games, an active chatroom social life... and making and breaking friendships. And of course, stolen intellectual property (AKA, Skin theivery!) which has rather disappointed me...

I've had several creative influences and inspirations lately... So my skins will take on a completely different look from what I have displayed on this page. In the past it was about gothic cuteness... rebellion... Not any more.

So here is what you may or may not have been waiting for, my new inspirations and up coming skins:

More elegant styles, featuring intriguing ladies such as Marie Antoinette ("If they can't have bread,let them eat cake!"), Madam de Pompadour, and a few others.

TV/Book/Anime (SOMETHING!) based skins. Yes. I'm most likely to do skins on the Tenth Doctor (David Tennant) and Rose (Billie Piper) . Some skins on my favourite anime: Bleach, Kyou Kara Maou, Jigoku Shoujo...etc. I'll also make skins on The Dresden Files, now quite popular in the US. Harry Potter too, if I can squeeze it in, I'm a real Tom Riddle fangirl. And! Based on the Twilight series, Edward Cullen! :3

Series based on my favourite subculture of the moment: Gothic Lolitas, Gothic Aristocrats...

In terms of music, I want to make skins on my favourite band of the moment, Within Temptation.



AND! I would love for people to request skins of me, so that I can stretch my abilities on this. Send me an email with pictures attached, and a rough outline of what you want with your skin. Put in the subject line "Skin Request From (Username/Real name here) [Blogskins.com]" and I'll get back to you on when I'll let you have your free skins.

Just a warning though, I only do basic photo manipulations like cutting, resizing etc... That's kinda my style, even if I can be forced to do snazzy things like other skinners, I may not have the time, because I basically sit there working away at your skin until my parents yell at me to get the hell off that stupid machine and do something productive with my life. So I have MAX! 5 to 6 hours. Yeah...seems like a whole lot of time, but after you consider that I do blogging (long long posts), chatting with my online friends, go to deviantart and other sites to search for nice stock pictures, post on my writing games, and clear my hundreds of deviantart devwatches, its not really alot of time. *coughs*

So to amend that... if you don't mind having to wait for a week or two for your skins, Email me!

And if you're turned off by that, Email me too! I don't mind trading tips on HTML and CSS. :D
