A CCA hopper, who hopped from SNNPCC to INFOCOMM, and loving my decision. :DD
I am just your typical bad-girl-in-school who basically curses & swears whenever something puts her off. I also splurge at shopping centers. I am not exactly what you would call a role model because I admit I have an attitude problem. :D
I can be very childish and funny and cute and basically, nice on forums, if only you don’t piss me off. (: I admit I am childish in real life too. However, I don’t think you’d ever like to see me flare up because it’s not gna be a nice scene, I can guarantee you. (:
I live in Yishun, in a 5-room-flat with only two air-cons and only one computer.
I have a sister who is four years my junior. She's the most irritating young thing in my life at the moment.
I enjoy skinning and forum-ing and msn-ing. That’s probably the reason why I hog the computer all the time, which also explains my huge reliance on glasses and contact lens. (:
I love most colours. However, I have a slight tendency towards light pink and gray.
I admit I have mood swings and that I snarl, growl, snap, and will eat you alive if you ever cross my path. (: But other than that, I’M NICE, believe it or not. :D
I love TVB serials and simply LOVE Christine Ng! -screams.
I listen to English, Cantonese, Chinese, Japanese and Korean songs. Not bad hur.

HOW I RATE
I try to rate fairly, and comment constructively. I try not to be too blunt so as to offend you, but I hope you’ll understand if I don’t give you a 5. (: If your ratings is 5stars, I won’t give you anything other than 5 to pull your ratings down. I’m not as despicable as that.

i admit i am biased. heh. if i like the theme of the skin, i admit i'll be more lenient with the ratings. hahah.
hint : I LOVE TVB! :DDD

0.5 – 1.5: I only give this ratings to one group of people. They are the people who submit skins with only words on it. Like hello, or testing testing etc. I don’t give this to rippers, because at least they bothered to copy the code. [it doesn’t mean I approve of any god’s gifts to blogskins though.]

2 – 2.5: I don’t normally give this ratings unless the picture is way too pixelated till I can’t even make out the picture, or the fonts and posts can’t even be seen, or the code is simply too messy.

3 – 3.5: This ratings are for people who just copy other people’s codes and simply edit the picture and submit it as their own without giving credits to the coder. I rarely give this rating too. :D

4 – 4.5: This is the catergory for good skins. The skins have good fonts and colour schemes and gives you the rough feeling of what the skinner is trying to express.

5: Almost flawless. They have great fonts, great image, great codings, and great colour schemes. Credits are given respectively, and they show good photoshopping skills. They blend everything well, and gives you a good overall feel.
I also give this rating for effort. I also give this rating to people who use Paint to skin. Their effort is commendable. For beginners, I normally give them this rating as long as their skins are still passable. Afterall, they’re beginners, so the bar shouldn’t be set too high up for them. :D

I’m okay with most type of skins. I won’t rate you down just because oh, I don’t like Angelina Jolie, or simply because I don’t like that type of green. I enjoy rating 5s. :D

MY RULES
o1. Do not remove my credits. They deserve to be there. If you take it down, it’s as good as saying you made the skin. I hope I won’t find anyone doing it. (:
o2. I do not mind people using my codes. Please do not copy the codes wholesale too. At least change the alignment and colours, so that when I look at it, I won’t know it’s my codes. Also, please have the integrity to leave my credits untouched. (:
o3. My skins work perfectly fine in Blogger and in Mozilla. Please do not hesitate to approach me if my codes don’t work in your browser. I won’t eat you up. (:
o4. Please try to give constructive comments if you want to rate me anything below 5. but if you just feel that something is missing, & you can't phrase it, then it's alright, I guess. But still, I'd prefer constructive comments. :D
