I like to comment on other people's skins, as you can see, and well I'm trying to submit my own skins as well. I'm not a professional, but i'm sure more practise will do. (:
I can't stand people who type english that people can't read, with all the caps and off caps style. Ugh. Anyway, some are still nice people, aren't they? (: I'm so contradicting. LOL.
