HOW DO I RATE SKINS

0.5-1 stars- i hardly rate people 0.5 stars! unless i saw them RIPPING other people's skins completely! yeah!

1.5- 2 stars- using other people's basecodes without crediting them or using other blogskinner's pictures!

2.5-3.5 stars- when the blogskin's table alignment is very very messy! its not well organised. and the colours used are not suitable enough. haha

4 stars- erm. much room for improvement. colours not well used. wrong use of brushes.. etc.

4.5 stars- when the whole layout is quite nice, just that there is still little room for improvement. yeah.

5 stars- perfect!! lovely! cute (: well- organised tables, well use of colours, neat and yeah. haha

i am a kind person ;D i wont rate ppl down unless they are really very bad la.. lol
