How WE rate skins
0: Okay, we're not rating because we dont want to bring your rating down just because we may not like the skin while others do.
0.5 to 1: We usually don't give such low ratings unless you're a ripper or you're simply wasting space on BlogSkins.
2 to 2.5: We dont really give this rating unless the skin is bad and needs alot of improvement.
3 to 3.5: Again, we dont really give this rating unless the skin is really just an image and some simple css. You may want to improve on that. (:
4 to 4.5: This is for good skins. Examples of good skins are skins with good image quality, good css, alignment, etc. Overall, the skin has to be good. Duh. xD
5: Gorgeous, fantastic, breathtaking, flawless, wow! Need we say more? :D
