hmm why not you try taking one step at a time. first you try changing the size of the image on the left. make it to be the same size as your div box (entrybox) you can do it by inserting codes to specify the height and width (go lissaexplains).

then you could try moving the part with your navigators down so that it lands up next to your div box.

and hmm, i think the background is quite redundant. perhaps if the background is plain white, it'll be cleaner and simpler. simplicity isn't such a bad thing (:
