Well, it's a long way from Blogger to gorgeous CSS skins, but don't give up. Size of text fi. helps a lot. Also, think about clolours a bit, play around in Photoshop or whatever you use.
I don't know if ot's a copy, as clay4eva says, but copying is a no-no here.

Like the colours, but that's it. Could be nice though with some editing. Agree with falter, and also the sizes of the three surfaces are all wrong: it's very unbalanced as it is.
