Firstly, i dont think you need to put a BIG font : [c]%pink-black♥. You can make it smaller. If it's TOO BIG people tend not to download your skin maybe because they want the copyright part to be SO BIG. u know right some ppl are fussy. But i seriously think the image is nice just dont put your copyright so big anyway i still love the whole thing

i like your style but u shouldn't use paint to edit your images cause it cant catch a good grip of the exact picture therefor it's pixelated. Why not try using Photoshop(adobe) you can download them for free. But the image is nice. But u got to fix it a little. Pictures used are NICE

The navigations (heart shape) dosent really match wit the image cause you know right this Naruto is a boy and if let's say a guy wanna use it but it has heart shape navigations i bet no boys will download. & i also dont think so the girls will download.
