The bg contrast is abit too much, that's y it's a pain to look at it. Perharps use a grey and white instead of black and white. And the title for the navigation should use black, white perharps as it will stand out more.

erm i dun really like the red lines at the side. but i think it's just my own preferences? so i wont rate u for that cos i'll definitely give 4.5

anyway by looking at ur screenshot, i notice u took a photo of ur screen lol. actually u can just press print screen from ur keyboard, open ur photoshop or paint, press ctrl v. Hmm maybe i'm just being a busybody lolz, but just incase u dunno ^^
