i think using someone's skin and just changing the picture & submitting it is sick. Its not your skin, you just changed the picture! If you wanna 'make' such a skin just use it for yourself. Unless there is demand for it, which I dont think there is any :D Im not being mean but its just what I think. I can be quite straightforward because beating around the bush wastes time, and time is precious!
