I am not a professional skinner, so bear that in mind. I also seldom upload skins and i create all blogskins i make not in notepad but in blogger. You'll find some problems with the positioning previewing in blogskins. However, it'll be ok once you use it in blogger.

I'm still currently learning about the editing of images but I think things will be better after i get tablet. So, I hope you'll enjoy the skins i create.
