Ok, so I was one of the old original blogskin designers, so you may find my skins a bit different than those of recent designers.
I was blogskins very first featured contributor:

I focused on hand-written CODE, and did not rely on images. It was about CODING (BY HAND!) and figuring out all the things you could do without images or with very little images. This was because, back in the day, no one could upload images to their blogs and very few could figure out how to hotlink properly. Most of my images on my skins are dead now, but it's not my fault. I told people not to hotlink the images, and they did, so the hosting-people closed all my image accounts. I re-uploaded them time after time, and I'm not doing it again. You can see my complete designs on my website, those images are still there... You can also save the images from there, to upload them to your own image account.
RIGHT NOW, I'm really trying to get people to hear my band, so if you could please write a review on it, link to it, tell all your friends about it, i would REALLY appreciate it!!!!!! indie/underground bands need TONS of help!!
