I can be very generous with the stars i give.
I don't believe in criticizing skins cos every single designer put in effort in designing their skins.
And i don't think giving 0.5 stars would be a way to 'reward' them for their effort. :)


But, if u think my skins deserve 0.5 stars, i dun mind u rating me with that as long as u give a valid and good reason (or what u call constructive criticism) why u rated me with that.
