I didn't really master all the skins , so I'm bad at cropping & cutting pictures out , so please pardon me !

How I rate skins :

Alright , I rate skin in a way which is effort and creativity .
For those who rips , I don't even give you a 0.5 star .
5 star is what i give oftenly , because , I believe every blogskinner wants his/her effort to be seen .
For 4 to 4.5 star , your image is not really blended well , or the overall it's a little messy . Nevertheless , effort will also be seen.
For 0.5 to 3.5 stars , what I can say is , I don't even give this kind of rating , which means , I won't rate at all !
