Here's what I've to say!


How I rate,

5 stars; Effort is shown; A skin with little mistakes; It's your 1st skin with less than 2 mistakes.

4.5 stars; Alignment is off; Image quality is really bad; Credits are missing }but effort is still shown.

4 stars; Effort-less yet skin has little mistakes.

3.5 stars; Your attitude is bad; Effort-less; Alignment is VERY off; Images are anyhow placed together; Place an image without edits and codes without edits together.

I don't rate if,

- You ripped
- Your skin deserves less than 3.5 stars
- You don't deserve ANY stars at all
- I don't know what to rate/I don't want to pull down your ratings.

I seldom favourite skins unless they are REALLY good/flawless or I'm using the skin/have used the skin before :)

Also, please take note that designing skins is NOT about the ratings/stars,
it's about the constructive comments you receive which help you learn from your mistakes and enable you to create a better skin next time.
Please be objective and positive with the comments you receive and if he/she rated you down,
it DOES NOT mean you've to do the same.
Also, please do not be easily pissed off if somebody rated you down without a reason,
please check if he/she is new as if he/she is knew,
maybe that he/she doesn't know and might think that 4/5 is
considered a reasonably high mark (it is actually)
Of course, there are lots of people going around down-rating people.

I might sound experienced but I'm not, I've only been around for about 1 year or more
and there are others whom still design better skins than me.
I've deleted all skins that I've designed even from my past accounts as I'm not happy with them.
Sorry to those whom have favourite/downloaded it or whatsoever.

Of course, it may differ from time to time.
