"There are several design issues with this layout. The first problem is that everything is boxed in with a black, 1-px line, which basically constricts the layout within borders and breaks up the flow of the design. In other words, the composition of the layout is neither interesting nor fluent, breaking up the focus of the eye. In addition, this layout does not have a concrete colour scheme. It is often advised that designers keep away from rainbows, because they contain every colour but do not contain any colour scheme. This further breaks up the cohesion of the layout. The image editing is also minimal but disunified, because of the lack of colour scheme but also because you chose a very thin and skinny font for the lyrics/poem at the top left corner. This lends nothing to the weight of the text in context of the layout and makes it easy to either become 1) distracting or 2) unnoticeable. If you want to type anything on an image, it is advised that you make sure that the text is bold and noticeable but in a style that fits well with the colour scheme and style of the layout. Finally, the font of the blog does not match any of the fonts on the rest of the layout (which seems to be Arial), which creates more disunity. Finally, you should change both the scrollbar colour and the link colour, because the default colours clash pretty badly with the layout colours.

True, but at least this is a lot better than those $%%^^^!!~~~~sTaRry NiGht ANDZ DReAMZ~~~***** kind of layoutwith pink background color clashed with yellow neon colors, and other weird combination, you're little harsh, be subtle some people just preferred things on the surface.
