Yes, it is a public forum. Still, it DOES NOT give you the right to CRITICIZE the work of others. They bother to take the time to design such skin for ORANGE lovers.

I supposed you won't want people to CRITICIZE your painfully done work. Put yourself in their shoes alright? If you were to submit a skin, how would you want people to comment about your skin?
