I rate skins based on;

1st: The most and only important point! codings compatibility! u must have great codings for a good skin otherwise it's a no no. i won't rate skins when it's only compatible with IE sorry :P (unless the overall look looks fine) it just that compatibility is very i mean VERY important.

2nd: Image! whether it's unique or amazingly beautiful or awesomely stunning XP u deserves a 5!

3rd: Colour matching.

4th: Unique CSS :D

5th: Overall look :D

there's a slight problem with coding alignment in mozilla ff. but the overall look is very nice. i love the brushworks and how u blend the colour to make it like that :)

Yes, i think it's similar to if-ever's skin. i'm not saying that having the same concept is bad but i think it would be perfect if it has its own uniqueness. overall the graphic is well done :)
