Firstly, I would like to tell everyone that I won't be submitting any skins at all until I have adobe photoshop so that I could produce better skins, rather than using paint or searching online for images or skins.

I don't think I'll be getting adobe photoshop at all. :(

Meanwhile, I hang around in the forums and your skins to rate them.
Either I rate 5 stars, or I don't rate.
If I don't rate, that means your skin standard is less than 5 stars worth - I will only give comments on your skin.
