GUESS WHAT? i make simple skins nowadays. simple skins, please give a better defination of your "simplicity", you may ask. well, my skins have no pictures or images, just codes, and codes, and codes, and codes! love them or not, it's still your choice.

i prefer nice constructive comments, not something like:
1. not nice at all! (0.5)
2.nice (3)
for people who are in the catergory of people who rate like example (1) please explain more explicitly. for those who rate like (2), since you said 'nice'? why isn't it a 5? elaborate please?

oh! and i rate well, resonably. based on:
1. originality of codes and pictures.
2. alignments
3. theme of skin, whether it fits the name
4. your color schemes
5. the overall feeling about that skin.
"whoa!" you may think, "what 'reasonable' rating system." but pardon me, that's how i rate. i think people who just because i rate them 1 star, they rate me back one star. pur-leeeeease! get a life! your skin is terrible, so? i hate it? you love mine, who why be hypocritical. (ok, i'm not saying that you will love my skins, or i will rate you 1 star.)

oh, yes! i do customs, but so sorry, either skins with no pictures, of skins which pictures you provide. :D
